The heart of the experience here lies in its thoughtfully prepared food, which carries the subtle richness and depth distinctive to Hunan cuisine. Dishes arrive saturated with textures that invite curiosity—from the crisp, airy crunch of freshly fried egg rolls to the delicate balance of sweet and savory that hints at the walnut shrimp’s signature sauce. The food is the savior here as the service was horrible. It seems like they changed ownership as the menus are different, tacky signs on the front windows and new people. On Saturday, they had two people answering phones and taking orders, running orders and trying to wait tables. It was a disaster as I had to ask twice for water and a sprite. The crab rangoon is very good and the egg drop soup was good but not great. It had some noodles in it. Our two beef dishes where good but only enough for one. The arrived warm as it seems like they may of sat for a few minutes. We also arrived at 445 to avoid a crowd. I gave them 4 stars as they are trying but avoid busy times.

I love this place. Superb egg rolls. Scallion pancakes nice and light and airy. Walnut chicken had a white, slightly sweet sauce that was delicious. Pan fried noodles were crispy but not greasy and Mu shu pork was terrific. I’m coming back asap.

Tong's has excellent food and gives you a good value for what you pay. I was very happy with the lunch we had. Staff was friendly too.

Underrated, go-to Chinese food favorite in the area! I've mostly done takeout from them, and it's always delicious. I like my food simple and tasty, and they do that very well. They have a good, large menu, but as a vegetarian I obviously have much fewer options. However, the options they do have for that are so good! Try the Bean Curd Hunan style for some tasty tofu and veggies with a tiny, but not overdone kick. Their Lo Mein dishes are also great. I've only dined in once, but I found the place very quaint, peaceful and clean. Staff was very accommodating on that visit. Either way, enjoy!

Great service, and Food was great. Egg rolls were fresh, hot, crunchy and full of flavor. Got seated right away as I came in. When I ordered, food came in around 10 minutes, and was delicious. My waiter was nice, and took my order around 3 minutes after I got seated. Service was great. Recommended Chinese restaurant to anyone in this area, or people who are trying something new.
